How to find my software version?

This article will help you through the process of finding which software version you have installed. This information is crucial to provide you with the most accurate information. Kindly look at the icon you use to launch the software to find it’s name. Once located, please choose the appropriate software from the selection below:

DYMO Label Software v.8
DYMO ID

DYMO Connect

To find the DYMO Connect software version, please follow the steps designed for your operating system.

On Mac:

1. Open the DYMO software.
2. Navigate in the top left corner next to the Apple logo.
3. Click the software name and select About…
4. The version is displayed in a pop-up screen.

On Windows:

1. Open the DYMO software.
2. Navigate to Help in the top ribbon.
3. Select About DYMO Connect.
4. The version is displayed in a pop-up screen.

DYMO Label Software v.8

To find the DYMO Label software version, please follow the steps designed for your operating system.
