My LabelManager 280 / 420P / 500TS is not being recognized when I connect it to my computer, how can I make it get recognized?

In order for your LabelManager to be recognized by your computer, you will need to install the latest version of DYMO software. 

Please install DYMO software before connecting your LabelManager to the computer. You can download the required software HERE.
