This article will assist you with locating the serial number on your device. Please have the serial number ready when contacting our support team.

When contacting our support team within the United States, Canada, or APAC regions, we kindly ask that you supply us with the Datecode, as indicated in the image below. If you are located within the EMEA region, we kindly request that you provide us with the serial number displayed in the image below.

LabelWriter Wireless

LetraTag

The serial number location will depend on the model of your LetraTag device. If you are using a LetraTag 200B, please check the bottom of your label maker. If you are using the LetraTag 100H or the 100T, please check the battery compartment.

LabelManager

The serial number location will vary, depending on your LabelManager model. Please check the battery and tape compartments as seen in the examples below.

Rhino
