How do I switch the side of my printer in DYMO Connect?

LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo

Twin Turbo printers feature two side-by-side label printers in one, allowing you to have two types of labels loaded and ready for printing. When you have a LabelWriter Twin Turbo printer installed on your computer, each label roll shows up in the printer list as a separate printer.
For example: When printing to a LabelWriter Twin Turbo printer, you must select the printer side that has the label roll you want to print.

If you have the same label size on both sides, it is enough to choose the side of the printer in the bottom left cover of the software.

If you are using two different label sizes, please select NEW, and from the two drop-down menus select the side of the printer and then the label size.

LabelWriter 450 Duo

The LabelWriter Duo prints LW labels, plastic D1 labels, and durable IND labels so that you can take on virtually any labeling job. As the printer can print using two different printing methods, you need to select the label/tape type each time you make a switch. Please click on NEW in the top left corner and proceed to select the compartment of your printer and the associated label/tape size.
